Carne asada fries is a dish consisting of french fries topped with grilled, marinated skirt steak (carne asada), typically accompanied by cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and sometimes pico de gallo or salsa

Served in a traditional flour tortilla with your choice of meat, seasoned Mexican rice, whole pinto beans, fresh chopped cilantro and onion, and our famous salsa.
